Speakers
Joseph A. Ernst, Esq. is a Director of the firm's employment law department. His practice involves counseling and defending employers in all aspects of employment law, including defense of wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, whistleblower, and retaliation claims.
Kendra K. Kawai, Esq. is a Senior Counsel in the labor and employment department of the firm. She has extensive trial experience and regularly defends small and large employers in discrimination, harassment and disability cases at the administrative, state and federal levels.
