Employment Law Developments to be Discussed at Chamber of Commerce Hawaii Seminar on August 27

Attorneys from Torkildson Katz Hetherington Harris Knorek will present new information on employment law developments, as well as often-overlooked human resource trends.

The event takes place on Tuesday, August 27, from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. at the Hawaii Convention Center at 1801 Kalakaua Avenue in Honolulu, HI 96815. Admission includes parking, continental breakfast, lunch, pau hana reception and the 2019 Employment Law Desk Manual.

To receive the early bird admission discount, you must register by June 30. Fees are:

  • $380 for Young Professionals (YP) members
  • $340 for Chamber of Commerce members
  • $480 for non-members
  • $299 for exhibit table (during lunch only)

Regular price fees as of July 1 are:

  • $430 for YP members
  • $480 for Chamber members or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) members
  • $530 for non-members

At-the-door fees are:

  • $450 for YP members
  • $500 for Chamber members
  • $550 for non-members

Exhibit table pricing fees are:

  • $349 for lunch only, no seminar
  • $699 for lunch and 1 seminar
  • $999 for lunch and seminar for 2

You can register for the event here.

If you plan on canceling your registration, you must give at least five days’ notice from the day of the event to receive a full refund. You may receive a 50 percent refund if you have 2-4 days’ notice. However, if you give notice one day prior to the event, you’re not eligible for a refund.
