Erik A. Rask joined Torkildson Katz in 2017 as an Associate in the firm’s litigation department. He has worked on matters involving breach of contract, fraud, condominium association disputes, tax controversy, administrative law, debt collection, and foreclosure. In addition to his practice, Mr. Rask currently serves as a petty officer in the United States Coast Guard Reserve. He is also licensed as 1600-ton mate and 500-ton master in the United States Merchant Marine. Prior to attending law school and joining the firm, Mr. Rask was employed by a major marine transportation company operating towing vessels throughout Alaska and the Pacific Northwest.
