John L. Knorek To Speak On New FLSA Requirements At Seminar on Oct. 14, 2016

Afternoon session is part of the Hawaii State Bar Association's annual convention

This December, new changes to the FLSA Salary Requirements will go into effect. Attorney John L. Knorek, a Director at Torkildson, Katz, Hetherington, Harris & Knorek, will speak at an upcoming seminar showing other Hawaii attorneys how these new regulations will affect their businesses, as well as those of their clients. Some of the topics Mr. Knorek will address include:

  • How to Handle Independent Contractors
  • Understanding the Time and Record Keeping Requirements

Cost: $240 to attend only the afternoon session or $300 to attend the full convention, with discounts for HSBA members
